On May 17th I bought a piece of jewellery from PureTNT.com. It cost, with the postage and handling, $42.50USD. Since I'm from Australia, that amounted to almost $50AUD. The money was taken from my account 2 days after the order was placed.
I was told, that with the airmail, the order would take between 1 and 2 weeks to get to me. I emailed them after 3 weeks, but got no answer. Since then I have emailed them 3 more times but still gotten no response. Pay Pal has been unable to help me as I paid with my credit card.
Don't buy anything from PureTNT. Ever. They are completely unreliable. Their site is all pretty, the pictures of the jewellery stunning, but that is all it is. Pretty pictures. Do Not Buy From Them. PureTNT will take your money and never send you a damn thing. Then, if and when you email them asking about your purchase, they will not reply. Save yourself the heartache and don't bother.
