A jumper was reserved by us prior to the evening for my child's birthday 3 months. It had been to reach by 1pm. It didn't appear until 3:30. After calling to ask why it had been running I had been informed that a several jumpers purchases have been that evening. No apologies, but we were informed that our home will be the get, and that people could be ready to remain using the jumper to get a longer time period. Well, they did not appear until nearly 10:45 pm. One of these requested to make use of the toilet, that we discovered to become extremely unprofessional once the employees did appear. Later, I'd to-go outside in to the entrance of the home, after I observed the "jumper vehicle" then departing again, that we believed, and decreasing my road was really unusual.
It does not stop there.
After I made my reservation, I place a of $20. The girl who I talked to, that I'd such as the rest of the $79 for my rental to become billed on my charge card was advised by me. I informed her to get this done throughout the same telephone discussion I'd together with her once the jumper was not early. Unfamiliar in my experience, once the jumper did come, the employee requested my spouse for the remaining of $79.00 to get a look. He didn't realize that I'd previously created the cost. The organization didn't advise the driver the jumper was taken care of. This occurred on 9/2/06—the day of the celebration.
30 days later, whenever we discovered our postponed check and charge card, we recognized what had occurred. Obviously, no body at Leap 4 Joy let's learn up about the mix. I named Leap 4 Pleasure instantly upon understanding what have been completed, and was handed a poor atitude in the operator of the organization. After I advised her that I'd copies of my return check she educated me that my charge card could be acknowledged on that evening, and instantly placed on the sweetness. Again... No apology.
Nearly per week later, I approached the charge card, and also the credit card wasn't acknowledged. I named Leap 4 Joy, and was handed an awful concept at might work location informing me the credit was completed, which a duplicate could be delivered to me for evidence. I approached the credit card organization per week later, and there was no credit. I never did get the credit which was supposively completed by Leap 4 Pleasure either's backup.
I called Leap 4 Pleasure recently, and asked concerning the bill towards the credit which was guaranteed within the email. I was informed about all of the "additional paperwork stacked on her table" but no actual justification why it had beennot shipped. She subsequently reassured me that night that she'd post credit.
I really donot understand if this is actually the end-of this charge card TALE with Leap 4 Joy, but I'll let you know this may be the last moment I actually conduct business with this kind of unprofessional organization similar to this one. Who knows just how many individuals they've over-charged in most that paperwork that's adding on the table.
Don't work with leap 4 pleasure in san jose!!!
