I checked my visa cc statement for oct in late oct. And noticed a charge for Rhapsody music service-contacted my financial instituion and got info and am filing report with them. Contacted Rhapsody today at thier customer service number and was told by 'Chris' after explaining I knew nothing of the service or charges that they will cance future billings but will not cancel previous charges and NO REFUNDS are given under any circumstances even if you never used the service or recieved any service.
I would absorb gladly any charges for oct but find it unreasonable to be charged for this month (nov) since I never used the service or even knew my info was used to sign up.
