I wrote a report to you yesterday and am not sure you recieved it. I have been paying thus gas company faithfully 350.00 dollars for the last 9 months I had broke my back in 2005 i am 87 years young and when I started to get back on my feet so to speak my daughter and I both pay the bills.
I almost lost my home and am catching up with payments at 1. Ooo a month I have three more to go and I'll be back on track.in July I sent the gas company 350.00 dollars and the went to the public utility commision to help me get my payments lowered while they were processing that I was told to only pay the current charges and I did sending an additional 50 to 75 extra.
In September the gas company and puc sent me a letter stating I had agreed to pay the amount of 350.00 and would have to continue this oh sure I really agreed to pay that thats nuts. Well any way in october on the tenth I sent them 350. Oo when I recieved my bill from company they had taken out an additional 350. Oo I had after paying my bills had 471.00 in my account. When I went to pay my bills I find I'm over drafted 457.00 im totally.
When I went to my bank to get copies of sept and oct. Checks its as clear as day that the date from july i use numbers like7/10/06 has been changed to a nine its very visible they have done this. I don't know where to go or what to do they have wiped me out and I have been so careful. What can I do?
