Local Orlando Channel 9 News showed a segment on 07/28/06 in the 6:00 P.M. Programs, about Bellsouth. They said this company has more than 1.300 complaints againts them from costumers that were offered rebates and discounts that never materialize. If you call Bellsouth, you will find that they are experts giving you the run around.
I have my business phone number for more than 4 years, (ROR redacted phone number for security purposes) and when I was going to move my business to another location, Bellsouth made me an offer about that, if I signed a 12 months contract with them, Bellsouth will not charge me for conexion or for transfering my old number, to a new number:

I sent the documents to them 4 times. One by fax and 3 times by Certified Mail and there answer was that they did not received any documents and that I had to send them again.
Every time that I called, there was a diferent employee answering and they are really well trained to give you the run around, until you received the next bill and have to star calling them again.
I am going to quote from your book, "RIP-OFF REVENGE" that I received today in my mail: "I believe businesses that rip off individuals take solace in the belief that they can safely hide in the *litigation jungle*, which financially and emotionally intimidates many who would seek justice there. The perception is that only the very rich can afford to pursue justice, and businesses give them preferential treatment anyway".
Well said by you, in your book. I filled a complaint with the Public Service Commission of Florida, Case # 713028T, and Bellsouth answer was, a collection letter from their lawyers, Ref: Bellsouth-FL. Account # L11725
If a few of that 1.300 Bellsouth customers that have complaints, according to that report in the Channel 9 News, contact me; we will find a "Class Action Lawsuit Lawyer" and will take Bellsouth to court.
