This is just another chapter in the problems I've had with Bellsouth. This particular issue is a DSL upgrade that Bellsouth promoted with a $20.00 rebate. 12 weeks later no rebate and when you can finally get some one to answer your call all they tell you is it is delayed. They will not tell you when you'll receive it and tell you the supervisors will tell you the same thing. They would not give me an answer to when it might be sent. I asked him countless times and their stock answer is it is delayed, obviously. I've had other problems before with billing, discounts, and packages so it's no real surprise that this is how they would handle this. This seems pretty much the norm as how Bellsouth does business and how they treat their customers. You need to watch your bills very carefully because charges will show up the next day, credits take months and it will take many calls to get them to honor their promotions. Business as usual here with Bellsouth, time to change.
