My wife ordered an in stock item from doxy on 9/19/06, not recieved yet. No response to 3 emails just the usual auto response that they are to busy to answer the emails, but they seem to always have time to charge customers credit cards right away.
I hope they aren't to busy to respond to the US Postal Inspection service for a mail fraud complaint. Any part of a fraudulant transaction that uses the US Mail is considered mail fraud. Also the federal trade commision has laws for internet retailers regarding non shipment or delayed orders, seller must let customer know of delays beyond the advetised shipping dates that are promised at the time of the sale.
Anyone can file complaints with these agencies it is free, the more people that file the better. I don't know how this company is still in business.
