On Oct 22, I ordered $148.00 in lingerie as a present for my wife. It was not Holloween stuff, or anything out of the ordinary. All the items were in stock accord to the web site. I paid with a credit card and have since found that my account has been promptly billed by Doxy Lingerie.
On the 5th of November, I sent an e-mail to three of the web addresses listed on the site: orders@doxy.., John@doxy.., and Sales@Doxy. I did not get a response from any of them.
On the 6th I forwarded that same e-mail to Jennifer@Doxy. I must say that she or whom ever was checking her e-mail responded the same day. They stated that my order would be shipped at the beginning of the week (11/07/05).
As of today November 11, I have not received the items I purchased. I have repeatedly e-mail all the aformentioned individuals and web addresses and no one has responded to any of my e-mails.
I must say that I looked on the internet for quite some time and decided on Doxy Lingerie becasue they had a well made and professional looking web-site.in hind site I should have checked these reports before ordering from them and I would have avoided this problem.
Now I have no lingerie and no time to order from a different location in time to present it to my wife on her birthday. I have ordered other items off the internet and have NEVER encountered a situation such as this.
