I ordered a $149.20 order on Nov. 13 from doxy lingerie. The website looked good and the prices looked resonable, and i order at online stores all the time, so i assumed i wouldnt have any problems at all&boy i was wrong!
I recieved one email stating that the order could be delayed 3-5 days, and my creditcard was charged/processed on Nov. 15 2006. I figured Thanksgiving holiday coming up-that is understandable. Yet, i have not recieved anything as of yet (Dec. 3) and have emailed doxy lingerie 4 times, and have not recieved any emails regarding my order.
The items I ordered said in-stock, and i also ordered a pair of shoes which supposedly were to ship from a different warehouse within 24 hrs of order via ups ground (per website). Which again have not recieved!
Then after countless hours of waiting and searching online, i came across this website and noticed other customers having the same problems as i had&which makes me wonder if i am getting ripped off and maybe doxy lingerie is in over their heads. Well, I hope this works, because i am getting quite upset over this, it shouldnt take 2 weeks to get an online order... Especially which i paid quite a bit for!
I am very dissatisfied with this company and its "customer service"!
