In January Mr. Isfran and myself, entered into an agreement to purchase and sell Pakistani handbag. Mr. Isfran instrcted me to send a disclosed amount of money though wire transfer from my bank to his.

After the money had been sent, Mr. Isfran received the money and refused to send the handbags. I made many attempts to get the handbags but Mr. Isfran refused to correspond with me. To date, Mr. Isfran refuses to answer telephone calls, emails, and faxes. I have requested for him to reimburse me for the bags but he continues to ignore his contractural commitment. Buyers Beware!
