Handbag Express
Sent me a wrong handbag and stated if I wanted the one I ordered I'd have to purchase it—but they wouldn't charge me shipping to send it to me—laugh

I bought 5 handbags (as required as they only sell wholesale) for my wife&all around $20. One of the handbags they sent was the wrong handbag. They offered to send me the handbag I ordered and they would pay shipping. But I'dhave to pay for that handbag too. Handbags were okay looking—but I would suggest to anyone that they'll get a nicer handbag for the same price at Penny's or Bon Ton or many other retaiklers. Don't buy these off the net and especially off of Handbagexpress.com
