First I had to wait 6 months just to file.
They probably hoped that I would forget.
Then 2 months after I filed, they responded saying that my carrier says I changed my contract. Not. I have the same terms.
Did have to exchange phones though because the one they originally sent me didn't work properly. Didn't even give me a chance to explain. No way to contact them. Phone#866-800-4303 is always too busy or has a very long wait time and then I get disconnected.
