Subscription ripoff-won't fulfill terms

Ordered America's Top 180 for $49.99 less $10.00 per month for 10 months.
When the first bill arrived, it was for $121.38.
I called to get the bill adjusted to the correct amount and was told, "You're not eligible for the discount."
When I asked them to come & get their equipment and give the the 30 day money back guarantee, I was told, "you're not eligible for that, either."
There is nothing in the fine print that indicates I am not eligible for the discount or the guarantee.
I paid the bill, minus the amount agreed upon.
The new bill with threats came and they have added penalties.
