Ripoff ordered dvd's 3 weeks ago and never recieved no replies to email nor phone calls

Ordered 3 dvd's on August 15th and have not recieved nor does it show they ever shipped on their website. Complete rip off and ready to file with internet fraud department. They do not return emails nor phone messages. Be aware!
