I ordered a trial diet sample online thinking it might help me to shed some weight. However, I paid $4.95 thinking it would be worth a try. However yesterday when I was checking my online banking to pay bills I discovered my checkcard had been charged for $149.95. I was aghast and I was not able to trace the company for a web address or phone number.
I called my bank for assist as I am a Senior Citixen and cannot afford this nor do I want it. They made me extremely ill and the bottle is still sitting there with the pills in it.
I want my money reimbursed to me and I don't know what to do since I cannot access anyone and I am not even sure if the address listed is correct. Can you offer me advise on how to go about getting this resolved and having my funds reissued to me.
Thank you
