I purchased a Lacoste shirt form this website in August. It was supposedly guaranteed, etc. After weeks went by and numerous emails and phone messages, I finally received a shirt that was not the size I ordered. Of course the website says all guaranteed. I shipped the shirt back with an explanation detailing the problem and the needed size which I had originally ordered.
I left numerous messages and emails. I have received numerous emails from [email protected]. It is now May of and I have yet to get a credit for my purchase, or receive my purchase. Today I received an email from [email protected] stating that my order would be shipped in 5 days. Apparently, howtobeaplaya.com is now crocodilepolo.com.
I have no faith that my order will be shipped ir my account credited. Do not be fooled by their website!
