Hi i ordered some uggs from them, they took the money out of my account and i still have not recieved anything from them. Ive sent them about 8 messages to there email address [email protected] and only recieved 1 email back from them wich was on the 15th september saying they still do not have a tracking number for me but my order is on its way and they will send me the number asap, since then i have had no replies to my emails or no boots, im a single mum and can not afford to lose that kind of money, now when i type in uggols.com it isnt even the website that i ordered the boots from.
