I returned my unused portion of Lean Life months ago. I did not receive the refund promised and in addition I received additional charges. I called the number listed on my statement. I never got an answer. There was a message telling me to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me. I have even tried using the e-mail link for customer service. I have been trying to deal with this since May. I have never received the refund of the $97 and I have also had charges for 69.95 times three. The latest one was just last week. I want my money back and need to stop the charges. I am going to use all of the ideas I see here and see if I can get anywhere. Wish me luck!
