I have also been scammed by Pure Energy Labs. I had ordered a FREE two week supply of diet pills through this company. It was stated that I only needed to pay for the cost of shipping and handling which was $4.95. I used my debit card for this.
I just received these pills February 23 and I looked at my bank statement Feb. 28 and I was charged $149.95 from this company! I ordered the pills online and I never saw anything to state that my card would be charged anything else but the $4.95.
I also tried to call there number and all I got was "All associated are busy right now so please leave your name and number and someone will get back to you." No option for holding for anyone. Well, I left several messages for someone to call me and no one has attempted to yet. I called my bank and they told me to try once again to get ahold of them. If I don't I would have to go to the bank's Claims Dept. And file with them to check this out.
In the meantime I am out $149.95 until this is settled. Needless to say I am furious.
