I was a customer for 8 years. I switched to DSL. I pay in advance so I am due a refund which they said I would get within a few weeks. I had my own modem.
Next they sent me a notice to return $600 of their equipment I never had. They agreed that it was a mistake.
Then they asked for the serial number of the modem I used and agreed it was mine.
Now they won't give me any estimate or confirmation that I will get a refund.
They only care about new customers and new customer discounting supported by existing customers. Shame on me for being a loyal customer.
