Have been an existing twc customer for many many years, twc will give new customers low cable prices but wont help existing customers any price breaks, what about your loyal customers, this is why we have to leave and go to your competitors, customer service sucks all you hear is there is nothing we can do for you, and I wish you well with your next place, what kind of support is that to give to a loyal customer, we see where we stand with you.
