I found a cute pair of pants in store at Anthropologie and when I went to go pay, the SKU number was wrong. My cashier then consulted another cashier, who then asked the store manager. None of them could find another pair of pants that looked like it or find it online. Because they didn't have a SKU number, I could not buy the pants and left without them. They offered to call me later and ship me the pants when they could find a SKU for it. I have never been in any store where I wanted to purchase something and was not allowed to. It is a hassle to have to then give them my credit card info, address and wait for them to ship it because they were disorganized and not resourceful in finding another SKU to ring it up with. I have been a loyal shopper at Anthro for awhile and was very disappointed by this service.
