I order a 22 issue subscription to PC Magazine on 9/05/07. They charged my credit card within days but it is now 3/31/08 and no subscription. I have been filing complaints at their e-mail site since 12/18/07.
They respond by saying they will check into the problem and get back to me soon. They never do. I have sent 6 complaints and have no meaningful response. I understand that I am not the only person to have this type of problem with NetMagazine. I just wish I had heard about the other problems before I placed the order.
Their customer service is non existent.
