I made a payment to a Cricket payment location expecting my payment to be processed and it was. However, when I went to make my current monthly payment I noticed that it had been raised. When I called the Cricket 1-800 number I was told my a customer rep (Alicia) that my payment was showing posted but since they never actually received the money from the payment center then that would mean that either I paid again or went to the payment center to dispute.

When I called the payment center (Pager Warehouse) I was told that I needed the receipt (which I didn't keep because this had never happened before).

Since I didn't have the receipt there was nothing I could do.

I then asked if he entered the payment in the system once the payment had been paid and I was told "yes". I don't feel like it is my responsibility to make sure the money goes through the right hands. I shouldn't have to make a payment and then hold the persons hand to make sure he passes the payment to the next person.

What is the purpose of them being there if I have to go through all of that? What is the purpose of them being there if they can't be trusted to pass the money along to the proper person? I made my payment! The system shows I made my payment! The reason for them not receiving the money is NOT my fault, it is the fault of the payment location (Pager Warehouse) and they should be held liable. NOT me!
