My payment was made to in Feb and my service was discontinued because they kept telling they cannot find my payment. I checked with my Credit Union and the payment had been taken out the day after I made my payment over the telephone as I always do every month. They continue to tell you to go to the store in which I gave been three times in 2 days, no help. They had my phone on for 1 day after I talked with a rep and I was told my phone would be on for 8 days. It was on for 1 day. I would like to know WHERE IS MY MONEY!!! I would advise anyone stay away from Cricket. They are bad business. If anyone has any info as far as legal advise, please return info. I would like to pursue this matter further.
