Hi, my name is roger. I am located in india working for a callcentre. We work for a canadian based company by the name of medprovisions.
We call senior citizens and tell them that we are from your medicare affiliated wid u. S govt wcich we are not. And then we ask them for their checking account details for their identification as we say that their medicare card is going to expire so we have to send a new one and checking account number is required for their identification. But as soon as they give their details we start a recorded verification and they are charged fo $389. Which is a hidden cost and they never come to know about it until they receive their bank statement.
The centre from we work is located in delhi by the name of pcl. And the owner in india is mr. Sobti. Everyday we fool aroun 50 senior citizen while sitting in india.
