May we please get some help. We are senior citizens, We cannot get any one on the phone, We are put on hold and forgotten about. We need a rep. To come to our home and sit with us so we can get this situation taken care of.
We have been paying out of pocket for doctor visits because they say we have another insurence carrier. This, We do not.
