We ordered address labels on 11/13, as of 2/26 we still have not received them. Emailed the company inquiring about our order. They emailed back insuring us that our order will be sent to reprint and shipped out to us at no extra cost. Here it is 7/30 and still no labels.
No doubt this company never intended to send us anything after deducting the cost from our debit card!
