Amateurish error on mailing labels. No replys to polite requests... Ripoff

I placed an order for some return address labels. The labels arrived with an extra digit on my zipcode!? (I double-checked my emailed order wherein my zipcode was correct as submitted.) While being surprised at such a howling error from someone who should realize that the national standard for zipcodes is 5 digits, not 6, I followed the instructions on their webpage and emailed them to request a new set of labels. No reply. I emailed back a couple of weeks later and said it would be OK if they could just ship the labels by the least expensive method, I was in no hurry. Still, no reply.

So, these are the facts:
1. An incredibly amateurish mistake was made on my shipping labels. (You'd think that a "professional" printer would have realized this.)
2. Numerous polite requests on my part to rectify the problem were answered with resounding silence.

Conclusion: Think twice before you place an order. Forewarned is forearmed.
