Warning lindelle studios is a fraud!!!
I had purchased my wedding gown in febuary the gown shop gave lindelle my name and phone number. Lindelle had called me around the end of march.
They told me that if i came in for a no obligation appointment that i would receive a free vacation. So i made the appointment. They showed beautifull pictures.
At the end of showing me the pictures they told me that they could give me a substaintal discount on my package since i was getting married in the winter time. The sales rep asked to excuse herself while she called her manager.
When she came back she said that the discount would only apply if i signed the contract that night with them. I explained to her that i did not feel right making that kind of decision without my fiance being there.
So she suggested that we fill out the paper work and give my credit card information and to let them know if i will be going with them the next day.
When i got home and explained everything to my fiance he said that they were to much money and not to go with them. So i called lindelle that night and left a message on their machine stateing that i will not be needing their services.
About two weeks later i got a credit card receipt in the mail from them charging my card,) after i had called and stated that i would not be needing their services), for the amount of around 3,300.00 dollars.
I have sent several emails to their company, left repeated messages, and sent several certified letters and still no response from them. As of right now i am starting out married life 3300 dollars in debt for a service that i did not want in the first place.
Do not use them they are a big fraud!!!
