In August I closed my account with Stamps.com. I still had a cash reserve with them for but have not recieved a refund. I have been waithing since August for a refund with no luck what so ever.
Below are my notes of calls to Stamps.com customer services reps and what was promissed.
01/19: Called s/w Angel... Will send an email to sup to verify funds and send check w/i a couple of weeks. 22.75.
02/10: s/w Angel... Send check is in process to wait another 2 weeks
02/24: s/w William... Printed check on 9th Friday's the day they send out checks so by 17th they s/h sent it. Try back in a week or so.
03/14: s/w Briana in 2 wks send email to support. Stamps.com 2271272 f l name refund check reissue. Call ref #1-549-11619
03/28: Sent email as above.
04/21: s/w Briana will email me and said to call back if I don't receive an email by today. After she emails me, I have to respond then that will start the process to reissue a new check.
Rcvd email and responded back to them.
06/08/06 s/w jacques to wait two more weeks for payment.
Note that I also have responded via email to no avail. They have serious issues in the accounting departement not to be able to issue a refund check promplty.
Worst service I've seen with the high expectations of a large dot com company...
