On July 11 I sent in all my reject letter, and about a month I had not received my $99. So around the first week of August I sent them a email about the status of my refund and on August 10 I received an email from Mark Johnson, Head Loan source agent and he stated that he would check accounting because they were in charge of all refund, well I did not hear from him again or received my money, so about two week later I email him again, 2nd request and also stated that I did not have the same bank account and would they mail the check to my address and on August 20 Mark Johnson email me this "Whatever bank account that was used to purchase was refunded. They will send you a check". Well I still have not received a check, I email him several time after this and he will not respond to any of my email, So On Oct 2 I sent them a letter about my refund, well it is Nov 2 and I have yet to receive a refund. This company is a rippoff, and If I do not receive my refund this month I will be contacting a lawyer and also reporting them to the BBB.
