I'm Guillermo from Guam, USA On January 23, I joined 3tobefree.com associated with Health First Technologies Upon joining, I was to purchased Supplementary Herbal Products, so, I did in the amount of $147.10 Two weeks after, I realized, how hard it is to recruit signups, so, I cancelled my account and membership.

Since, I've already paid for the Supplements, I decided to just use them, once it arrives. One month had passed, no package or noticed had arrive.

On March 19, I notified the company for non-arrival of the package and requested a refund The next day, they responded, and said, my request was forwarded to accounting dept. I've waited to no avail, then on March 29, again, I send them 2nd email requesting for a refund, they replied the next day (March 30,3006), saying that they will respond in 72 hours.

Then, on April 20, they send me an email stating that my refund will be based on Terms and Condition of the contract, I read the contract, and since, no noticed or package arrived, there's no way, I could have signed a Signature Confirmation code needed I told them aout this and they responded the same day, saying that, You should have a response within 24 to 72 hrs.

It's now, May 6 and they have NOT refund my money. I believed, they have no intention of returning my money. I believed, 4 months is more than enough time. They RIP me OFF! So, I decided to report them at Usa Consumer Complaints.com
