I filed my rebate online on 12/27. On Jan 7 the website said it had fullfilled my rebate, and my check should arrived in 4 weeks. About 7 weeks later, I got nothing. On 02/20, I called 1888BESTBUY and a representive said he would stop the check and issued me another one. Two weeks later, I still got nothing in the mail, and I called BEST BUY again. This time she said the check was issued on March 7. I should wait another week before I called again. Naturally, I got nothing. Then on March 17, BEST BUY sent me a letter said my original check was cashed! They will not reissue another one! I thought they cancelled the original check, so how did someone cashed it? Now I am out $150 and BestBuy representive rudely refused to help me. I am going to file complaint to FTC, BBB and New York attorney general!!!
