Terrible customer service.
We have a group of bridesmaid dresses on order here. Every time I call for an estimate for when they will be ready, I am put on hold and then told that they'll need to call me back. Twice now they have not called me back. We are about a month away from the wedding and the dresses still need to be distributed to all the girls for alterations. I'm getting very nervous because I can't even get confirmation that the dresses have shipped from the manufacturer yet!
I would have rather paid more for these dresses and had great customer service than to work with Castle for Brides. This has been a very stressful experience for the bride and myself.
