We purchased a German Rottweiler pup from Happiness is Pets at the end of January. We noticed that she didn't get up like our other Rott (pure bred by breeder). She was always lazy in her hind legs. When we had her fixed, we asked for an x-ray to confirm this problem. We knew she had it, just needed confirmation. Well sure enough she has one of the worst kind, especially in a 6 month old. She was brought to Happiness is Pets with 7 other rottweilers. All of the rotts were distributed to his 7 locations. All of which we went to, to find the right puppy. All from the same litter.
We are sure that Steve Kruse and his multiple family members that produce these poor quality dogs could care less. Happiness is Pets was willing to take the dog and give me a new one. They also offered me $350 for my hassles. The surgery for this dog is $2500 or more. Now the owner will not take our call to fix this issue. We are taking action. Call the USDA on Steve Kruse and give them multiple compliants. Be consistent. He holds a license through them to mass produce these sad dogs. We are also going to take it to the owner of Happiness is Pets legally. We have rights as consumers. Most people don't believe that. Someone is bound to respond that knows more than us.
