I had written the following report on TDW the Discount Warehouse on usacomplaints.com on 8/26:
I had ordered a shipment (Lot=3 Pallets) of Electronics which came to approx $3,600 including shipping. I was told I would get a vast assortment of items, tv's, vcr's, boom boxes, phones, cd players, vaccuums, DVD's, video cameras, camcorders, cameras, etc.
I was told the shipment was ready to be shipped that DAY. 5 days later I called, wondering where the shipment/truck was and they STILL hadn't shipped my order. At that point I asked for a full refund, which was agreed to by Alicia? My mother called in, wanting the shipment to come. Please bear in mind my mother was not on my Account nor did any monies come from her Bank Account.
All monies and correspondence was through me and me alone yet they went ahead and shipped without even ASKING me! What we ended up with is so UNbelievable! A whole LOT of speakers... Tweeters, woofers... Please bear in mind these could not be used as CAR speakers, nor were there any RECEIVERS in the LOT. This place is an unimaginable RIPOFF. Beware. You cannot get hold of a Manager even if you ask for one.
A nasty little boy by the name of Jason kept telling me he is Mikes "Assistant" and he can help me. I said I did not ask to speak to Mikes "Assistant", I asked to speak to Mike. Just today I called, Carla said Mike was on the phone and could I wait? I said yes. After about 20 minutes Jason picked up the phone, same as he did last time and repeated all of the above AGAIN.

On 7/5 I received a Letter from Adorno & Ross, the Attorneys for TDW Warehouse. Read below the sequence of events.
Tdw the discount warehouse ripped me off for over $3,600. I was promised a great mix of tv's, microwaves, camcorders, digital cameras, vacuums, etc & got a shipment of speakers. Speakers only. These speakers can't be used for car stereo and there was not a receiver in the entire lot (3) pallets. Only crappy speakers. Tdw lied and said they offered me a refund, this is a complete bald faced lie.
I was completely ripped off. I filed my report on 8/26. (see complaint by donna in zip code 33755). Almost 2 years later i receive today a certified letter from the attorney who represents this scum tdw the discount warehouse by the name of adorno & yoss telling me to cease and desist, to take my complaint off of usacomplaints.com, giving me until no later than close of business on july 17th to comply with the above. Also states in this letter from adorno & yoss to cease and desist from posting raphael shabtai's home address and information about his family.
I never said anything in my initial post about raphael shabtai or john j. Shahady, esq. Who is listed as "the client" in my certified letter nor did i mention anything about their home address or family information. Well i have news for you raphael shabtai and john j. "shady" shahady, esq. I will not take my complaint off.
You rip people off shamelessly then you try to harrass them into taking off a valid complaint about you and even have your scum attorney lie and said i made statements i never made. Does anybody see anything in my initial consumer complaints that states the names/addresses of raphael shabtai or john j. Shahady, esq.???
Anyway, maybe this tactic works with other people but not with me does this compute??? You're nothing but a pack of unscrupulous thieves. Might be good to remember what goes around really goes around. Adorno & ross said they'd be monitoring usacomplaints.com to see if "i comply with their demands".
Lol well, don't wait til july 17 "end of business day" to see if i will or not. I'm telling you right now that it "aint gonna happen". Adorno & yoss victimize victims and i'm filing a complaint about them with the florida bar over this. Write me again you vultures and i'll press charges not only against you but your slimy clients as well.
P.S. I don't know what 3rd world country these attorneys came from but this is AMERICA. When the time comes that I cannot state the TRUTH of what has occurred at that point I will move to a 3rd world country because what would be the point of living here. And Adorno & Yoss, I suggest you stop using your "Form Letter" for people your "Clients" have ripped off because you have made defamatory statements about ME. Now send me a "Letter" demanding me to take this post off I'm waiting.
