I ordered invitations from Print On All in Glendale, CA (5) and was promised a 7 business day turn-around but instead received my invitations in three weeks. At the time of pick-up we were told that an additional $100 would be charged for printing 10 pages of the invitation on translusent paper! To add insult to injury my order arrived needing hours of assembly time and was short by 28 inner-lining envelopes (which we paid extra for) and 10 flower-ribbon. I contacted Print On All owner Mr. Shant and was first told that he would contact the invitation company to get me my full order. I later received a call from another employee (Mr. Avo or Ara) that it would cost me an additional $93.26 for 28 envelopes and 10 flower-ribbon to complete my order which they messed up on to begin with. This employee was so rude that I just had got off the phone to avoid any furthur upset about the missing invitation parts. This employee said that their "receiving department" accounted for all the invitations and pieces at the time of delivery. Mind you, this entire company is made up of three (3) employees!!! But, whatever, i guess you could still have a "receiving department" with three employees.
Either way, I managed to find similar flowers locally and made due without the envelopes. This company is rude and does everything to lure you in as a customer and then doesn't deliver per contract. Plus they are ridiculously expensive and a bunch of armenian liars
