"Jennifer" turned out to be a bride's nightmare. Don't believe the turnaround times posted on the website. And don't complain when your order fails to arrive after a month. Apparently IF you complain, your order is cancelled on the spot.
My experience: I waited days for them to make a simple change (an error on their part), and was promised that the invitations were on their way (since I paid for a rush job and delivery) and nothing ever arrived because they've never even sent to the printer!
The real kicker was not just her rudeness over the phone and e-mail, it's when she decided to cancel my order on a whim - because I had the audacity to complain!
Try that on for size when you are helplessly awaiting invitations to send out for an expensive wedding.
She has no remorse.in fact, she mentioned that she often cancels wedding invitation orders if she gets a complaint. She does this because "relationships usually begin to deteriorate after a complaint is written."
What are you left with? Anger, sadness and the inability to do anything about it but scramble to make your own invitations because there's no time to order from anyone else. (I actually found a great printer that can turn my invitations around in 2 business days!)
I was never able to reach a manager. I get the impression that she and one other person do this as a side job and are complete slackers. Their work was sloppy (typos) and I had to wait forever receive their corrections - Then they flat out lied that my order was on the way when nothing has ever been printed.
Canceling my wedding invitation order, without my authorization, was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
PLEASE save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable printer!
