I orderd 4 different arrangements for delivery on May12 for Mother's Day. The order I placed for my new daughter-in-law, of only 2weeks, was never delivered at all. I ordered the same arrangement for my mother and my mother-in-law. I looked like a beautiful arrangement on their web site. It was called designer's choice. Well, when i saw the 2 arrangements I was totally shocked.
My mother's was a basket of carnations but my mother-in-law's was awful. They left them on her front porch and she said when she saw them she wondered what small child had picked her wild flowers and left them for her? I was so ashamed. That's exactly what they looked like, wild flowers stuffed down into a glass vase about 4 inches in diameter. I did have one delivered that was what I ordered. When I tried to e-mail them on numerous occasions my e-mails were always sent back undelivered.
I called the number listed on their web site and always got a recoring that all operators were currently unavailable and to leave a message. Well, you can guess the follow up i never heard from them. I did get a person to answer after many more times and she wrote down my info and said someone would return my call. I then wrote a letter to the company and requested a refund and I have yet to receive that. They charge full price for all and even for the one that was never delivered.
This company is a fraud and needs to be dealt with appropiatly. I am sure not the first and wo't be the last hard working American that can not afford to give their hard earned money away to companies that do this kind of business. Oh, and by the way, this company does offer 100% money back guarantee. Now that's a joke!!!
