When I enrolled on-line with Verizon I was told I would have to file a rebate request and would receive a rebate for the cell phones I purchased.
When I filed the rebate forms provided I was then told I needed to provide more information that I did not have and since I had used the only forms available I could not refile. When I attempted to requesxt new or replacement forms there was no way to to do that.
The entire process is so complicated that I feel it is impossible to accomplish a complete request. And now time has expired.
