I purchased new Verizon cell service with 2 phones; promised a $35 and $25 rebate for activation fees. They we never mailed - got my first bill and complained to Verizon CS. Given the run around by Verizon - "we always charge an activation fee" it's up to you to get Costco to give you the rebates. Finally got Costco to fill out the forms and hand them. I sent them in -waited no acknowledgement from rebate house - now getting run-around from 3rd party Stuart Lee Rebates - WATCH OUT the Verizon kiosk guys LIE, LIE! Verizon CS will not go after this rip off situation - but they know it's a problem. Stuart Lee Rebate fulfillment stonewalls - I'm out $70! Someone (attorney) needs to file a class action against all three participants.
