I would like to be reimbursed for the money that they charged my credit card of $97.41. I spoke to Roselyn Liscano on 3/30/06 and she said my package had been received but it would take two to four weeks to process my reimbursement. Funny how my cancellation order was processed right away.
Here it is 6/26/06 and I still have not received my money back. And on top of everything else, their phone number just rings busy all the time.
They stole from me. I did not authorize a $97.41 charge to my credit card, I only authorized the shipping and handling of the trial bottle which I received on 3/16/06 and I cancelled it on 3/21/06 and they charged my card anyhow. I want my money back from these scam artists. They should be put in jail for stealing and frauding people.
