Remodeling project began in August gave $98,000.00 to escrow company. Escrow was suppose to be dual signature.
Escrow account was emptied 3 days later... No work began until Oct. 2005.
As of June 26 the framing is still not complete. We do not have a copy of the plans, materials list, or a timetable as to when job will be complete.
