I am very angry and disappointed in this company again. This is the second time that they have disabled my account for no reason. When I called today I was promised that it would be fixed by 5:30pm est, when I called and spoke with manager Austin Miller at 7:30pm I was told that this was not true and my account would not be fixed. I was lied to by their employees and forced to endure the worst customer service ever... Now I will take my business somewhere else, and let everyone including usacomplaints.com know that his company is terrible. They seem to think that they are doing me a favor by taking my money, well they're not I am doing THEM the favor. So since their employees have forgotten that without customers you go out of business, I will remind them by posting negative things about their company through my experiences with them, and I will use another company. I am also sending a letter like this with my complaint posting to the head of their company. Don't reward bad service! Find another phone service!!
