I ordered a heater on 11/20/01 and I did receive a couple of months later. I was very dissatisfied with the product and sent it back for a refund on 1/30/02.
As of yet, I have not received anything from them. I also wrote again and still nothing heard from them. They really rip people off and should be reported for it
My cost involvement was $16.90 and if everyone has at least that much cost involved, they are making a fortune off us poor folks.
Please try to close this company down before anyone else is hurt by them.
