My wife and I bought a new stove from Sears in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and we were promised a $40 reabte, and a free nights stay at hotel (can't remember which one). Well we sent in our forms, and waited about 8 weeks, and still heard nothing. So we made a call to Sears, and they said they "lost" our forms and we needed to send them in again. So we did, waited another 8 weeks, and nothing. We called again and we were given the same story, so we sent the forms in again. Another 8 weeks later, no response, so we called them again. They still claim that they "lost" our forms, and after much complaining. They agreed to send us a $40 store credit and that was it. No free hotel, just money that is only good in their store. Be careful when dealing with Sears, they do not care about their customers at all.
