I am active duty Military so I am unable at times to be "on time" with special occasions. On 12 May I went online to samedayflower.com and ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom. I received an email confirmation within minutes confirming my order. I was given a delivery date of 13 May the Saturday before Mothers Day. Additionally, the email stated the bill was for $68.79.
On 14 May 06, I called my Mom for Mother's Day and found out that she had not received the flowers.
I immediately started my inquiries as to where the flowers were. I called the number listed (800-937-7645) on the confirmation email and made contact with a call center who promised to forward my complaint. I called that number twice on Saturday and Sunday, 13 and 14 May.
On 15 May I called a number 800-799-0052 listed on their website under terms policies and was informed by a call center that the complaint would be forwarded to the florist. I then called during "their business hours" to 800-937-7645 and was put in contact, at my request, with "billing" and got a voice message that stated, "thank you for calling Billing at Buning Florist, I can't answer the phone right now, please leave a message". I left a message with my complaint and phone number and name for them to call me back. No call received.
Those flowers were delivered to her home at 3:25 on 15 May 2 days after the "Guaranteed" delivery date stated in the confirmation email.
Okay, so supposedly all was said and done.
I check my bank statement to confirm payment to this company and found that I was charged $70.96.
On their website they give a contact email [email protected]. I forwarded all my emails that I had been sending to [email protected] (which is where I got the confirmation email from) and all were sent back with "Failed; 5.1.1 (bad destination mailbox address)". I called the numbers listed with no luck and they stole money from me. More that was stated in my confirmation email
Thank you for listening.
Still trying to get resolved.
