Complaint against: Bulldog Babies.com - Mary Maczko - Tammy Sadler ripoff I bought register dog for $ 2,946.42 seller refuses to send pedigree paperwork *
I, Kenneth, currently in the military, I was in Iraq at the time and brought my registered englishbull dog puppy online from website listed bulldog babies.com owners are Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler.
My complaint is as follows: I contacted Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler at their website (web address listed above) and discussed purchasing an english bull dog with pedigree paperwork, arrangments were made when final payment was recieved the dog paperwork would be send to me.
On 11/15/04 paypal payment of $ 800.00 to the account of Mary Maczko On 12/17/04 paypal payment of $ 1,083.00 to the account of Mary Maczko On 1/1/05 paypal payment of $ 1,063.42 to the account of Mary Maczko
Total amount paid = $ 2.946.42
After making final payment for total of $ 2,946.42 for my registered english bulldog (Sara) with pedigree paperwork, I was told in Jan just prior to having dog sent to New York that this english bulldog died of health related illness the sellers, Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler, had another female English bulldog puppy with paperwork that they would give as replacement puppy for the one that died - they sent me picture - this puppy looked similiar to the one that died so I accepted this replacement—that english bulldog puppy I named Zelda.
After paying for my dog by above paypal payments I had the dog sent to my parents home address in New York state. Zelda the English bulldog was shipped to New York state in Feb the dog did arrive as planned - but without pedigree paperwork (puppy papers) delivered.
My mother immediately contacted Mary Maczko, dog seller via telephone call. Mary Mazcko said that the dogs paperwork would be sent to my parents home address in New York, in March at present time we are still waiting on paperwork.
My mom and I have tried to work out with the above dog sellers in finding out why my dog's registration paperwork - this seller has given us since 2004 to present a million excuses why the English bulldog, Zelda does not have registration papers, We have saved all of the many emails from Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler, listing reasons such as: sick - dying parent, Russia office closed due to weather, unable to find paperwork, a sick relative. The list goes on. Ie of emails are:

I have sent the information to the breeded, as I stated prior and again this week in an email to Samantha - The office ids in Rissia, and they will re-open for business on the 10th, she is going there that day to check on papers and check mailing info etc. I did not charge Sam and Kenneth the fee to register the dog $125.00. I promise that they will receive the papers, even if I have to reprocess them.
I am sorry about this, but FCI office does answer to the government as does the whole economy. The office shut down on the 15 of Dec and reopens on Jan 10.
March 11 from email signed Maczko sometimes FCI takes up to 3 months
March 12 from email signed Tammy Sadler I did return Sam's email. The dog papers are done they are still in Russia. I have not received them yet, I will send them to you as soon as I get them
As of 5/18/06 the last email from Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler have run out of excuses now is requesting $ 90.00 more dollars for registration paperwork.
This is just a new excuse for more delay of my dogs paperwork from Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler.
At no time did Mary Mazcko or Tammy Sadler ask for money until now they ran out of excuses. I do not owe any money for my English bulldog as above list money was paid in full prior to dog being sent on 2/05. I also have email stating that the english bull dog puppy's registration paperwork fee for $125.00 was waved by Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler. I have saved all my receipt, emails phone bills trying to work this out with Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler.
I feel Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler have sold me a dog without paperwork, and also lied to me and my mother on a lenghtly delay of false promised dog papers.
We will be seeking legal remedy to resolve this situation.
To make matter worse - the dog sellers are related by to my wife-so I trusted them more than just a stranger on the internet!
