The bridemaids ordered their dresses in December and as of today June 2, they have not arrived. This far exceeds their 16 week window as stated in the frequently asked questions section of the web site. No answer to multiple calls. Finally got ahold of someone last week who was vey rude and stated they only had the order for one dress and not the others. When questioned again about the status of the orders, they stated they had all of of them but they had not be shipped. The Wedding is June 23. HOB had no difficulty processing my daughter's credit card within 24 hours of the order.

I thank others who have done similar postings because I could get the name of the owner and the customer service manager. My plan is to call first thing on Monday to verify that indeed all of the dresses will be arriving on time. The bridemaids met their commitment now HOB needs to meet theirs.

This will be the last time I will do business with HOB and I highly recommend others to go elsewhere. I will report the final outcome on this website and I hope it is a positive one.
